WordPress › Blog Tool and Publishing Platform

Most of you would have guessed it – It’s a snippet from the frontpage of WordPress.org. But I didn’t have to do much work to get it in here. In fact, I didn’t even copy or paste anything. Here’s how I did it:

• Using IE 8, go to www.wordpress.org (or any other website)
• Select whatever content you wish to post into your blog
• Click on Tools –> Blog This in Windows Live Writer
• Enter your WordPress Blog details (Select “Other” on the first screen)
• Edit the content & hit Publish!

Windows Live Writer will not only allow you to add stuff to your blog, it’ll also download the current blog theme, so you get a WYSIWYG environment to edit you blog!
